Now you know who your allies are, it’s important to know how to use them.You can’t expect peak performance from even the best of products if a lighting lather in the bath followed by a fleeting head plunge is all the chance you give them! what goes on, by and large, must come off.And for that you need a limitless supply of clear, running water, preferably from a shower head or rubber spray attachment.
Step 1. Brush your hair thoroughly, head down, to loosen dead cells and the build-up of hair products.
Step 2. Set the taps to run tepid water and wet your hair lifting up the underneath to make sure its saturated.
Step 3. With the palm of your hand, smooth about a soupspoonful of shampoo over your entire hair surface, then message gently into the roots with your finger tips, working over your scalp.Rub hair between both palms to distribute the lather to the tips.
Step 4. Spray rinse until the water runs clears and no trace of shampoo remains, then gently blot excess moisture from your hair with a soft towel.
Step 5. Smooth a good palmful of conditioner over your head, then message the scalp with your fingertips.With a wide toothed comb, very gently distribute the the conditioner to the hair tips, adding a touch more conditioner if necessary.
Step 6. Make sure that no trace of conditioner is left by running your fingers through your hair whilst spraying, to help free and flush away any trapped preparation.You are now ready to dry and style.
There are various reasons why babies cry.you need to check for these and take corrective action.
* Hunger
* His nappy is wet or soiled.
* Over-feeding
* Under or over clothing
* An infection in some part of the body causing discomfort or pain.
My suggestion would be to first try and feed the baby and rule out the reason.If the baby does not want a fees, then start looking for and ruling out the other reasons given above, one by one.If you are unable to identify any of the reasons then do get in touch with your pediatrician for help.When a baby cries, sooth him as soon as possible rather than letting him cry.If you want to train him in any aspect of his behaviour, you should do it only after the age of one year or so.A baby less than one year of age will not be able to understand what you are trying to do.A baby wants that he cannot express in any form.You will not spoil your baby if you respond to him immediately.
Gray hair, according to new findings, is caused by a massive build up of hydrogen peroxide due to wear and tear on hair follicles.The peroxide winds up blocking the normal synthesis of melanin, your hair’s natural pigment.All hair cells make a tiny bit of hydrogen peroxide, but as you age, the amount increases.Essentially, you bleach your hair pigment from within, and your hair turns gray and then white.Researchers made this discovery by examining cell cultures of human hair follicles.They found that the build up of hydrogen peroxide was caused by a reduction of an enzyme that breaks up hydrogen peroxide in to water and oxygen.They also discovered that hair follicles could not repair the damage caused by the hydrogen peroxide because of low levels of the enzymes MSR A and B, which normally serve this function. The high levels of hydrogen peroxide and low levels of these enzymes also disrupt the formation of tyrosinase, another enzyme that leads to the production of melanin in hair follicles
